How do you wash the towel?
Hang to dry after each use. Machine wash in warm water (maximum 40 degrees). Do not use bleach. Hang to dry. Do not iron and do not dry clean.
For the Hair Wrap Aire - do not use fabric softener to maintain the fabric technology as long as possible.
How do you put on the towel?
Use the hair wrap to lightly blot and squeeze your hair to absorb excess moisture. Tilt your head forward and place the towel with the elastic at the back of your neck. Wrap the towel and twist. Flip your head back up and tuck the twisted towel through the elastic to secure.
Should you put your hair products in before or after the hair towel?
Use your hair products such as leave-in conditioner after the hair towel.
How long should I wear my hair wrap?
The duration you wear the hair wrap varies based on your hair length and density. Generally, we suggest ewaring it for about 20 minutes, though you may notice drying benefits in as little as 5 minutes.
Where is my order?
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method. Most orders will ship by the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are processed Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. After your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. If you think your package has been lost, please contact us at hello@lilydew.com.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lilydew.com. Please send us the reason for your return (even if it's because you just changed your mind!), your order number, and a picture (if the product is damaged) and we will respond to your email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How fast is your shipping?
Shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose at check-out. Depending on your location, most shipments will arrive, after we process your order, within 9 business days.
